Their breakfast is the perfect way to start your morning, and to end the day on a sweet note, you can never go wrong with their Xango – a “fried cheesecake layered with caramel and wrapped as pastry tortilla.” While Spicy Bite may be closed on Mondays, they’re still open 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM Tuesday – Saturday and from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Sunday.

Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant

Regional favorite among locals, Garcia’s Mexican Restaurant is a locally-owned family restaurant that started in San Marcos and has been able to spread throughout the neighboring cities, including our very own Kyle, TX! With 7 total locations, they’ve managed to keep the business completely in the family and still offer the same great family dishes they were serving in 1988. One of the most beautiful things about Garcia’s is that they also serve breakfast all day! So those Tex-Mex breakfast cravings can always be satisfied.
