This free holiday event at Historic Stagecoach Park features brightly decorated displays done by businesses and organizations. Guests walk a lighted trail in the park to view the dazzling exhibits, sip hot chocolate, and meet Santa.
Santa Cruz Catholic School, Project Graduation, Boy Scout Troop 967, Olympia Hills Cheers, and Buda Lion’s Club will provide hot beverages and concessions. Also, please keep pets at home.

Doc’s Drive-in Theatre returns bigger and better in its second year where you can meet Santa Claus and get a photo with him. Come hungry as they will have food and drink specials. Local vendors will sell unique gift items and Human Snow Globe will entertain you. You’ll have the opportunity to decorate your own ornament while listening to holiday music.

The town of Lockhart transforms itself from a small town into a page out of a Dickens’ Christmas story. The Lockhart Chamber of Commerce sponsors the Lighted Christmas Parade that kicks off the festivities.
The parade starts at 7 pm and A Dickens’ Christmas in Lockhart celebration follows. Victorian decorations, jugglers, bagpipers, choirs, and carriage rides will delight you for hours. The event ends on Saturday with the lighting of the Yule Log.
